After her ex-boyfriend Theo De Vries spoke out to The Sun newspaper about their nasty fight in Austria over the new year celebrations it was only a matter of time before Sarah Harding gave her account.
Speaking to the same newspaper she alleged that De Vries dragged her around the hotel room by her hair and held by the throat during the incident. She also claimed that he bit her ear and hit her head against the floor – a completely different version of events to that given by De Vries who claimed in The Sun only days ago that he had acted in self defence after Sarah attacked him.
In the interview published today Sarah admitted that after goading by Theo she become physical,
“He got so horrible I threw a coffee cup at him. It missed.”
Hmm…not sure that casts either of them in a particularly good light to be honest.
Theo was quick to respond to Sarah’s emotional interview,
“She’s a bitch for trying to blame this all on me.”
Charming.
Anyway, after Sarah made a complaint to the Austrian police Theo’s interview prompted police to file a counter claim against her. Both of these complaints are now rumoured to have been sent to a prosecutor. The allegations by both parties are said to be being taken seriously by officers. This means that one or both of them could end up being prosecuted for their part in the fight and if a case is brought against one or both of them it could end up being heard in court.
Let’s hope this is resolved quickly.
